Menadue Development currently has a group of restaurants and hotels as part of its portfolio. These properties are located in Ankeny and Panora. The Ankeny properties consist of the franchised Hotel, the Ramada Ankeny, and the Ankeny Diner modeled after the former North End Diner. The Panora properties consist of The Lakeside Inn hotel and The Port Restaurant both of which overlook lake Panorama on the western shore of the main basin.

The Ramada Ankeny is conveniently located off I-35 at exit 92.
